At The Fidget Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fidget toy purchase. In the unlikely event of a model not being fit for purpose, We believe that a straightforward refund or exchange policy is essential to build trust and reassure our customers that they can shop with confidence.
Online Sales
If an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to, then you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.
Offline sales
If an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to, then you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.
We do not offer refunds if:
You knew the item was faulty at purchase.
Damaged the item by trying to repair it yourself or by getting someone else to do it.
No longer want the item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless you bought it without seeing it.
They are personalised items and custom-made items. Unless they are faulty.
Proof of purchase
We may ask for proof that you purchased the item from us. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement or packaging.
